About your recent letter to me, which had two specific requests:
1) Rosemary. The letter is deep down in an immense and distordered file of our project papers in my office and I will find it before long. As there's no indexing it will be only luck. I'll act as you zzzzzzzzzzzzzz wished when I come upon it.
2) The $1000.00 extra. I just don't know where I'll get a supplementary grant of that sort, unless we apply direct to some other foundation (small grants at SSRC eetc. are ususally up to $500.00). Columbia Council wants small grants to go to the professor's own work, but they may be source. […]
