On the other hand, Weber realized the eminent role played by Power, Policis, the State, Army and Strategy in the social process. This was Weber's greatest contribution.
This spilt over into the description of capitalism: that it was more 'political' than economic. Profit made on political 'services', which make themselves paid through blackmail, tribute, booty, graft (!!), usury.
